The Federal Communications Commission voted 3-2 to push forward its much-anticipated proposal that will dictate how broadband providers can treat Internet traffic.

Question is… How will broadband users, particularly household consumers, who pay content providers such as Netflix, Amazon Prime/Instant Video and Hulu Plus, to name a few, be affected and will additional costs trickle down to consumers from bandwidth providers and/or content providers?
